Introduction
Dream Apps Developers ("we," "us," or "our") built the Loveora – AI Chat & Companion app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
By using Loveora, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
No Account Required
Loveora does not require you to create an account, sign up, or log in with an email address, phone number, or social media account. You can use the App without providing any personal identity information.
Information We Collect
1. Chat Conversations — Stored Locally on Your Device
Messages you send to AI characters within the App are processed to generate responses and are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or retain your chat conversations on our servers.
Please be aware that if your device sends messages to a third-party AI service to generate a response (as is standard for AI chat functionality), that message content is transmitted to the AI service provider solely to generate the response, and is not stored by us afterward. We do not use your conversations to identify you personally.
2. Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, certain technical information may be collected automatically through third-party services we use (see below), including:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- Language and region settings
- Advertising identifier (such as Android Advertising ID)
- General app usage and performance data (e.g., crash reports, session length)
3. Purchases
If you subscribe to a paid plan or buy credits inside the App, purchases are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial information — this is handled directly by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
We may receive confirmation of your purchase (such as subscription status or product ID) in order to unlock the features you paid for.

AI-Generated Content
Loveora uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses, and may use AI to generate images or videos within the App, based on your prompts or selections.

- AI-generated responses, images, and videos are created automatically and do not reflect the views, opinions, or factual claims of Dream Apps Developers.
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, unrealistic, or unexpected.
- AI responses are not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- AI characters are fictional and do not represent real people.
Reporting Offensive or Harmful Content
If you encounter AI-generated content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate, you can report it directly within the App using the Report / Flag feature available in the chat interface, without needing to leave the App. Reported content is reviewed by our team, and we take action to prevent similar content from being generated where possible.
Children's Privacy
Loveora is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to use the App or collect information from them. If we become aware that a user under 18 has used the App, we will take reasonable steps to restrict access.

Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App and its third-party services. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Since chat conversations are stored locally on your device and not on our servers, you control how long this data persists — you can clear it at any time by clearing the App's data/cache or uninstalling the App. Technical and advertising data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to each provider's own policy (see links above).
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding data collected by third-party services integrated into this App (such as AdMob), including the right to:
- Opt out of personalized advertising via your device's Ad Settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, on most Android devices)
- Request information about data collected by Google services, directly from Google
Because Loveora does not collect personal data on our own servers, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data should be directed to the relevant third-party service (Google), or to us for any App-specific questions.
International Users
Please note that data processed by our third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing) may be processed in countries other than your own, in accordance with those providers' privacy policies.
